AI Clarity App for Overthinkers & Everyday Decision-Making: Gutly Launched

Hercules Designs has launched Gutly, an AI clarity app aimed at people who find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking or indecision, now available on the App Store and Google Play. The app moves away from the single generic AI response, instead routing each question through one of ten Clarity Lenses tailored to what the user actually needs in that moment.

More details can be found at https://gutly.tech

Behind the launch is a straightforward idea: not every difficult thought needs the same kind of response. A user working through a tough decision might choose the Pros & Cons or Guided lens, while someone looking to challenge their own assumptions might turn to Challenger or Reality Check. Before selecting a lens, users on the Beyond tier and above can also use Smart Lens, an intake stage that gathers additional context to sharpen the accuracy of whichever Clarity Lens follows. Gutly is free to download, with paid memberships starting at $2.99 per month.

Gutly's lens system is designed to give people a way to interrupt repetitive thinking by examining a situation from a specific angle — whether that means challenging an assumption, reframing a situation, or simply naming what is actually going on.

"Overthinking can turn a simple decision into hours of mental noise," said Hercules Juver, Owner and Creator of Hercules Designs. "Gutly's Clarity Lenses are designed to give people a structured way to step back, look at what they are actually thinking, and find clarity."

The ten Clarity Lenses cover a range of thinking styles and needs. Gut Check and Quick are built for fast perspective; Pros & Cons and Guided support structured decision-making; Reflection, Mirror, and Clarity Chat offer deeper understanding; and Challenger, Reality Check, and Standstill are designed for moments that call for honesty or working through a mental block.

As an AI clarity app, Gutly is built for reflection, perspective, and decision support. It does not replace licensed mental health, medical, financial, or legal professionals.

Hercules Designs is an independent studio led by Hercules Juver, focused on building digital products around clarity, wellbeing, and everyday decision-making. In addition to Gutly, the studio has released Switchroo, an app that helps users step outside their own perspective during a difficult decision, and Daily Kind, a free app centered on small daily acts of kindness and reflection.
