History Co-Author By IM Wealth Builders: $17 App & Software Launch 2026-Oct-02

MunchEye has announced that History Co-Author, developed by IM Wealth Builders, will launch on October 2, 2026, at 10 a.m. Eastern. Available at an introductory price of $17, the new framework combines AI-assisted historical research, source evaluation, and narrative development, giving aspiring and independent authors a way to turn historical subjects into researched nonfiction books.

The launch is in response to a YouGov's 2025 reading survey that shows 30% of Americans who read at least one book that year read history, placing the category ahead of fantasy, romance, and thrillers. For aspiring authors, however, developing narrative history involves more than identifying an interesting subject. It requires examining historical evidence, reconciling conflicting accounts, and presenting documented events in a compelling narrative.

History Co-Author addresses the research challenge by helping writers locate historical sources and assess their reliability. Its framework supports the examination of eyewitness accounts, official records, and competing interpretations, while maintaining an organized research record that connects findings to their supporting evidence.

Once that foundation is established, the framework helps authors develop their material into narrative nonfiction. Writers retain control over their subject, perspective, and creative direction while receiving assistance with book organization, narrative voice, and chapter development. The approach is intended to make historical events engaging without losing sight of what the available evidence supports.

The package also includes Narrative History Studio, which brings the workflow into Claude Cowork and ChatGPT Work through dedicated plugins. The developers explain that the Studio automates aspects of workflow management, allowing authors to concentrate on research decisions and writing. Training materials are included to introduce users to the framework and its accompanying tools.

Beyond manuscript development, History Co-Author supports the preparation of supplementary material, including character references, chapter-specific source notes, and selected bibliographies. These components help writers organize their findings and provide readers with references to the historical material behind their books. Authors remain responsible for independently checking sources and factual claims before publication.

The release extends the Co-Author range into nonfiction following its Cozy and Steamy fiction products, giving writers interested in real events a separate framework for their projects.
