Competitions, Community Programming, and the Ilima-Lei Macfarlane Self-Defense Experience
HONOLULU, HAWAII — HI FIT EXPO 2026 returns to the Neal S. Blaisdell Exhibition Hall on
June 27 and 28, 2026, bringing together athletes, fitness enthusiasts, families, coaches, health professionals, local businesses, and wellness brands for two days of competition, education, wellness, and community engagement.
Headlining this year's event is the Ilima-Lei Macfarlane Self-Defense Experience, led by Native Hawaiian professional mixed martial artist, former Bellator World Champion, and Nā Wahine Toa
Foundation founder Ilima-Lei Macfarlane. The experience is designed to promote confidence, personal safety, empowerment, and wellness while supporting the foundation's mission of uplifting women, youth, and Indigenous communities.
Now in its seventh year, HI FIT EXPO has grown into Hawaii's premier fitness, sport, and healthy lifestyle event, connecting thousands of attendees with local businesses, health and wellness brands, sports organizations, community partners, and industry leaders.

Organizers expect between 2,000 and 2,500 attendees across the weekend as athletes, families, vendors, sponsors, and community organizations gather at the Neal S. Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.
