Plainsboro Early Childhood Education Program With Creative Curriculum Announced

RisingStars Family Childcare, a licensed provider in Plainsboro, New Jersey, has announced its use of the Creative Curriculum framework across its infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-K programs in a home-based setting.

More information about the program is available at https://risingstarseducationplainsboro.com/

According to a 2024 Rutgers/NIEER statewide survey, 76% of New Jersey children were in non-parental care that year, with enrollment rising from 64% of infants to 83% of four-year-olds. Against this backdrop, RisingStars Family Childcare has presented its program, offering families a structured option for early learning as more parents seek consistent developmental support outside the home.

"The focus is on whole-child development, noting that a child's brain develops faster in the first five years of life than at any other stage, and that early relationships and sensory experiences build the foundation for lifelong learning and behavior," explains a center representative. "Daily activities are designed to engage, support, and challenge children in a home daycare setup focused on safety and health."

The program serves children from birth through age five, with before- and after-school care also available for older children. The RisingStars spokesperson highlights that the Creative Curriculum approach uses age-appropriate materials to introduce language, math, science, and art in a home-based setting, alongside early reading and writing activities intended to build school readiness.

Established in 2016, RisingStars Family Childcare operates as a home-based daycare at 35 Knox Ct in Plainsboro, New Jersey. The provider is licensed by the State of New Jersey and participates in Grow NJ Kids, the state's quality-rating system for early childhood programs.

Care is offered Monday through Friday, with hours structured to accommodate working parents.

Parents interested in enrollment can schedule an in-person or virtual tour through the provider's website. Current enrollment incentives include a free first week or a reduced rate for the first month of care, and families may also check eligibility for subsidized care through their local Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agency.
